Find Your Glow

Get your yoga glow on with our Live Be Ambassadors’ favorite poses for healthy, radiant skin.

Yoga has multiple health benefits, one of those benefits includes helping to transform our skin through detoxifying movements, increased circulation and reduced stress. Inspired by a specialized class for glowing skin at a local Denver studio, Kindness Yoga, Brandon Spratt and Lauren Cohen share their three favorite yoga poses for glowing skin.

Spend time to nurture your glow through yoga and use beauty products from companies that have a passion for environmental sustainability, like our partner DERMA E. Their products are formulated with the most potent natural antioxidants, giving us glowing skin without the use of harmful chemicals.

Come Explore a Secret Herb Garden

Our Live Be Yoga ambassadors wrap up their six-month tour at a Secret Herb Garden event at the Denver Botanic Gardens with supplement sponsor Nature’s Way.

The Live Be Yoga tour wrapped up in Denver with a Secret Herb Garden event with our supplement sponsor, Nature’s Way at the Denver Botanic Gardens. Brandon and Lauren spent the day with other attendees immersing themselves in mind & body wellness with a yoga glow, learning about beneficial botanicals, and other self-discovery activities like aura readings. The day ended with a custom, herb-infused plant-based brunch that was mouthwatering! Happy 50th birthday, Nature’s Way!

Heart-Opening Sequence to Expand Your Aura

This sequence from Live Be Yoga ambassador, Brandon Sprat, will help you open your heart and expand your aura to attract more goodness into your life.

Live Be Yoga ambassador, Brandon Spratt, practicing Aura Kriya.

Our hearts experience so much in this lifetime. Keeping them open, clear, and stable can be challenging as there are so many forces in this existence that make us want to collapse, close and shut down our heart center. However, there are just as many forces that are loving, inspiration and encouraging.

This Kundalini Yoga set called Aura Kriya works to reset your electromagnetic field so you can attract positive energy and repel negativity. If you have been feeling a little “off” lately, this set will give you that jumpstart you may need or crave.

Each exercise can be practiced anywhere from 90 seconds to 3 minutes. But whatever amount of time you choose to practice each exercise, make sure you practice the same amount of time for each one.

As with all Kundalini sets, we start by tuning in. Here’s how:

  • Take a comfortable seat, close your eyes, and place your hands in prayer pose at your heart center
  • Chant the Adi Mantra three times: Ong namo guru dev namo (I bow to the divine teacher within)
  • Inhale deeply, suspend the breath, and release.
